Building Multiple Businesses with Comedy and Confidence

When Building a Business Becomes a Family Affair

Are you in business for your family? Mike and Roz Goodwin are in business because of their family — actually because of their daughter. At age 7, Gabby Goodwin, Mike and Roz’s daughter, persistently encouraged Roz to create a hair barrette for her. Together they invented the first Double-Face Double-Snap Barrette, which became GaBBY Bows, a 6-figure brand, and family business.

At the same time, Mike was building a unique, family-friendly, and very funny comedy brand called Bowtie Comedy. Learn how they’ve built multiple businesses, recently began investing in real estate all while learning lessons on persistence, determination, and resilience for their entire family.

Are you ready? It’s time to have fun learning while listening to this amazing couple.

About Mike & Roz Goodwin

Mike and Rozalynn Goodwin have been happily married 20 years, have two children, and run multiple successful brands and businesses.

Mike is a refreshingly funny comedian, speaker, and leader. His signature bowtie represents his expectation-defying brand of comedy that leaves a variety of audiences – from churches to corporate events to swanky galas – laughing hysterically and completely inspired, without a foul or vulgar word spoken.

Roz is the co-founder of Confidence. She and their seven-year-old daughter Gabby solved the age-old problem of disappearing hair barrettes by inventing GaBBY Bows – the first and patented Double-Face Double-Snap Barrette. GaBBY Bows, along with their full line of plant-based girl’s natural hair products save families time, money and frustration, while removing stress from the styling process so moms, dads, and girls can cherish precious time together.
